Feeling anxious, angry, or sad?
Are you and your spouse/partner struggling?
Want to improve your relationship(s)?
Having difficulty meeting your personal goals?
Are you a foster/adoptive parent looking for support?
Struggling with a challenging situation?
Have you experienced a major life event?
Maybe you're just looking to process your thoughts and feelings with someone?
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I try to achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to help meet your goals.
The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I hope to empower you and guide you to growth and well-being. By applying various therapeutic approaches, we will bring to light negative patterns of behaviors and/or thoughts working collaboratively to change these. Therapy can help change your perceptions and create new outlooks on life.
